What should I do if I won’t be able to take the planned lesson?

When you become aware that you will not be able to participate in a scheduled lesson, please try to inform your tutor as far in advance as possible by rescheduling or cancelling your lesson in the ‘My lessons’ menu. Note that you can cancel or reschedule lessons for free up to 4 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Otherwise, the Cancellation Policy may apply.

How long will my first lesson last?

The duration of the first lesson is one hour by default. It is solely up to the teacher to offer you first free session.

How much does it cost to have a lesson with a tutor?

Every tutor works as a contractor and charges the price they wish. The E-Teachers platform does not affect the tutor’s price.

How do I pay for lessons?

We provide convenient and safe tools to pay for the lessons with our tutors. You can pay by credit/debit (Visa/Mastercard) cards or via PayPal. Payments for all online lessons are made through our website..

Is it possible to place an advertisement on E-Teachers?

The E-Teachers platform was created to help tutors and students find each other. We do not advertise other goods or services.

Can you choose a tutor for me?

Our aim is to help you to find the best tutor to achieve your goals. You can browse our Tutor search listings by visiting the Find Tutors menu. Use the search filters to help you narrow down the list based on your goals. If you have difficulties with finding a suitable tutor, feel free to contact our Customer Support Center via email at support@ETeachers.co. Our team can recommend some of the best-fit tutors for your needs.

How quickly does the tutor respond?

Every tutor responds differently. We do our best to motivate our tutors to respond faster by sending email notifications.

When can the student leave a review?

We typically send an e-mail to leave a review about the tutor after 14 days from the date of the payment for the first class. This way, the student has enough time to get acquainted with the tutor and provide an accurate review.

What will happen if the first lesson does not take place?

If your lesson does not take place for any reason, we will provide a full refund or a tutor replacement with a teacher of your choice.

How do I report an issue with my lesson?

How can I reschedule the lesson?

Through out internal chat support system, you must inform the teacher at least 4 hours before the lesson.

I cannot save my profile/request/lesson/etc. I click on save button but nothing happens.

Your browser is likely the source of the problem. We recommend using the following browsers with our website:
